13. ADDING A COST REMINDER

TUTORIAL STEP: Type “ANIMAL FEED” in the “COST NAME” field > tap “REMINDER TEMPLATE” > tap “REMINDER DATE” > TAP "NOON".

TUTORIAL STEP: Tap “REMINDER TYPE” > tap “MONTHLY”.

TUTORIAL STEP: Tap “MORE” in the “PAID TO” section > tap “NEW CONTACT” > type “SUPPLIER 01” in the “NAME” field > tap “SAVE”.

TUTORIAL STEP: Tap “MORE” in the “PAID TO” section > tap “PICK FROM LIST” > tap “SUPPLIER 01” > tap “+”.

TUTORIAL STEP: Type “100” in the “PRICE” field > tap “SAVE” > tap “BACK”.

TUTORIAL STEP: Tap the entry icon.

Is the reminder gone? No. The reminder is filtered out of your entry records since you have not paid the cost yet.

You now have a reminder template to copy for your entry records each month. The example reminder will display in the calendar as specified by the reminder date and type (frequency).

As you can see the reminder is listed now and can be edited anytime you wish by tapping it again.
